Question How do I add extensions to interface with a remote databases

I have the following set-up, in which I would like to take advantage of Zend Debugging.

I am using a local workstation with the following:

Zend Studio Server
Zend IDE xenon Build 114
Apache HTTP Server 1.3.29
PHP 5.0.4
Zend WinEnabler 1.10 (came with Zend Studio Server)
Zend Debugger
Zend Optimizer

However, how do I add the extensions to interface with a remote Oracle 9i database server and remote MySQL server? (also see attached .jpg diagram)

I do not have permissions to install Zend Studio Server on these database servers. Plus, from your diagram on zend.com for Zend WinEnabler, I should be able to do this.

How do I accomplish this set-up? ANY detailed steps or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
