How can I install PHP4 on IIS5 that comes with Win2000 Professional?

just follow the instructions in readme.txt (under Installation Notes for IIS 4.0) that comes with the php files. it worked for me.

which exact version are you using? in my case 4.0.1 patch level 1 or 2 would hang the system as well. 4.0.0 works fine.

I don't remember , I? At least I use 4.01 and 4.0.2.

4.0.0 worked just fine. i have it running as a module. don't know what the problem with 4.0.1 is.

Does anybody knows how to install xml extension in IIS 5 (IIS4 is the same, I presume). Configuring PHP.ini is no use (?), since I can't determine the exact dll (is there one???) to use with "extension" directive!
