PHP 4.0.1 problem on NT

So I downloaded the new PHP.exe, .ini, and .dll's because I was having a crashing problem that seemed to have been addressed in the new release...fixed the .ini to look like the old one...and now everything looks like this:

I got the same kind of problem so i turn back to php3 and all gone rigth now !!!

I submitted a bug report at PHP.net earlier this week; I just got a reply from a tech there saying they are pretty sure that got fixed in 4.0.1r2. I haven't tried it yet; I'm a bit gun-shy now. Let me know if you do.
