Banning his IP address won't stop him,
although I am sure you are aware of that.

In fact if he is on a dynamic IP, banning his IP could cause someone else to be banned when they get dynamically assigned the same IP# as he used to make the post.

Its a free service to the public... i dont make any money on it.. the banners just pay for the costly internet connection!

I thought that I was doing the public a favor.. i hav'nt seen any other free sites that give you those options!
