File Uploads with Windows/IIS

I'm trying to allow users to upload documents to be displayed on a corporate intranet. As the file is uploaded I'm using the copy() function to copy the file to the appropriate directory. Even after sharing these folders and giving them write access I still get this message. I have also tried to make the paths in the format ../its_planning/ etc. but same results.

Unable to create 'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\its_planning\e-docs\BISSappissues.doc': Permission denied in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\bin\edoc.php on line 69

RE: File Uploads with Windows/IIS

Hi Jay. I am having exactly the same problem with php4(win 32-iis). I noticed that fcopy() function works in Netscape(4.7). For some reason I am getting 'permission denied' messages in Internet explorer. Does anybody have any idea what might be wrong?
