encryption on windows platform

has anybody done 2 way encryption on windows platform using PHP ... if any of you people has done it, please let me know ... really desperate to know it works

I've been trying to do the same thing since last year but still couldn't get it.

I know you have to use some dll files like crypt.dll, mcrypt.dll but I can't seem to download it anywhere. I've downloaded a couple of it but can't seem to make it work.

I am not sure bout the latest PHP files but I think they have incorporate it inside. Try the new PHP files, possible it could be in there.
