PHP + Oracle

How can my PHP on Win NT connect to Oracle on Solaris ?? what do i need ?? what .dll's do i need for win. platform ??

My englis is bad, sorry.
Install the oracle client in the you machine(NET 80), and fuction OCI for connect to ORACLE. And avaible the .dll in php directory and .ini.
