I know: BLOODY M$!!

But installation of MyODBC didn't work out fine:

Got error-message: "Error copying 'mfc30.dll' to c:/windows/system/..."
I even tried to download a new copy of MyODBC but every install causes the
same error.
Even deleting mfc30.dll doesn't work. "Can't delete, operation aborted" (or
something, it's in Dutch) is the answer than!!

Does anyone know the problem??

Yes, install MyODBC than make ODBC connection to your MySQL table and in
Access use export file to ODBC() and folow the instructions, if everything
is ok this should make the job.

Isn't this question exactly same as that before?? No? But answer is the same
seems to me...
