[PHP-DB] insert record From: Tamara (tamara <email protected>)

Hi all,

I'm very new to php/MySQL and I've been all over looking for tutorials,
etc. But, whenever I try to insert information into a table from a form,
nothing happens.

I can manually insert the information, but I want to track information
from viewer-submitted forms. Any clues?
