Para que PHP pueda trabajar con DB", al momento de instalarlo deben colocar la opcion
--with-ibm-db2=DIR
Donde DIR es el directorio completo de instalacion de DB2
Por ejemplo:
./configure -with-ibm-db2= /home/db2inst1/sqllib
Creo que deben leer los manuales que hay en www.php.net Todo esta explicado ahi.
