Hello. I have had the same problem. I haven't got php 4.0.3pl1 but 4.0.2,
but
I think all will be similar (I have Apache 1.3.14 too).
I send to you two scripts to compile apache and php with Oracle support. You
must install at least Oracle 8.1.6 clients to make it to work...
I think it will help you...
