You have a couple of problems - one appears to be an interrupted
transaction, which may or may not be serious.
The "Error while trying to retrieve" can be fixed though - make sure your
Oracle environment variables (ORACLE_SID and ORACLE_HOME) are set properly
before you start Oracle, and you should get proper error messages.
