I think they should. I've a similar situation: IBM DB2 against
libthread, Postgresql against processes. PHP 4.0 installed as a
module works like a charm with both of us.
I've been able to build them in all, but I had to recompile from
scratch both Apache & PHP. Several times (until I get the correct
configuration combo). Forget RPMs. :-)
