I'm trying to get the unified ODBC functions to work so I can connect to
an Adabas D server.
At the moment the server doesn't even recognize the odbc_connect
function. I was not aware that I needed to install an ODBC driver to
get these unifed function to work. If so, what would that procedure be?
I'm in Linux running apache and php4.02. Does built in ODBC for php4
only refer to the windows version?
Any help that points me in the right direction would be appreciated. I
attempted to install the iODBC drivers but stopped short of installing
another database ... from the maunal I was under the impression those
funtions were built in and not dependent on another database's libraries.

Curtis Nelson
