Have you tried the URL directly in a web browser to see what happens? Make
sure you use one that prints out useful messages, or if you use IE,
configure it to not use the so-called friendly error messages.

i want to include a file from a different server but an error message
appears that says "cannot include file ..." what do you think is the
problem?
