[PHP-DB] How to connec PHP on Linux to a remote AS/400 DB2 From: Jean-Christian Imbeault (jean_christian <email protected>)

I have PHP running on a RH 7.1 Linux machine. The DB is need to access is on
an IBM As/400 running DB2. Both machines are on the same LAN.

I've searched the archives and a few other places but cannot find any
information on how to open a connection from a Linux box to an AS/400 DB2.
(Though I can find how to connect a windows-PHP using ODBC or a Linux-PHP to
a DB2 as long as the DB2 is on the same Linux machine).

I'm sure someone out there must have done this before, right? :) So how's it
done?
