Thank you for your fast answer,

yesterday, after installing FrontPage Server extensions (i am totally
frustrated,
not with PHP but with FP-exstensions) I saw there is a new version of PHP
Candidate 4. I compiled the php-module and frontpage-module with apache.
And both worked together.
