Hi everyone,
As the release in very near, I thought I would upload a fresh binary
distribution of the win32 binary. I am not adding this to the php site. It
is only for those who might like to dig through a few things before we
release (hopefuly in a couple days), and I am only notifying the development
list for this reason. Any questions/problems, please email the development
list, not the regular list. Thanks.
