I don't know that an installer is realy necessary. The ONLY thing the
installer did before was to copy all the files into a directory, and make
some registry settings. There is a file in the distribution I make to set
those registry settings, which are only required for IIS. In any case I
wont be able to deal with an installer in the very near future.
