PHP Bug Type: Performance problem
Bug description: General error of PHP3 ?
When i made Apache_1.3.[12] with PHP-3.0.4 there are some problems:
-when document doesn't exist, error code is 403 (!) instead 404
- 'DirectoryIndex index.php3 index.phtml index.htm' causes errors:
