It is definitely on an interest basis. Basically each of us is only
familiar with a subset of PHP. No single developer knows every aspect of
PHP. The set of PHP developers that has any clue about the OpenLink ODBC
stuff is probably only 1 or 2. Stig or Andreas is your best bet. Zeev
and I are the two most active bug database developers and I have never
looked at the OpenLink stuff and I don't think Zeev has either.
Until either Andreas or Stig can be convinced to have a look at this
problem I don't think anything is going to happen.
