PHP version: 3.0.5
PHP Bug Type: Installation problem
Bug description: cannot load php3 files
I have IIS installed on the server.
I copied all the binaries to a directory.
gave executable permissions to it.
created an entry in the registry as specified
then when i try to load the php3 file
i get save as dialog box.
