[PHP-DEV] mSQL extension From: Sascha Schumann (sas <email protected>)

This patch adds a affected_rows() function to the mSQL module, storing the
af_rows value by query. The patch is rather large, because the way query
ids are stored had to be extended to store the associated af_rows value.

I've tested it with mSQL 2.0.4.1, the PHP3 patch was developed from the
CVS version, but applies (and compiles and works) cleanly to 3.0.5.

Could anyone commit it? Thanks...
