Tested on FreeBSD-3.0-RELEASE

configuration:
./configure --with-apache=/usr/local/apache_1.3.2 --with-gd=/usr/local
--with-pgsql --with-ldap --enable-debug=no --enable-track-vars=yes

CGI compiled fine
Apache Module compiled fine

All regression tests passed.

"real-world" test was also successful for both CGI & module.
