[PHP-DEV] Please document changes to php3 tree From: Rasmus Lerdorf (rasmus <email protected>)

Guys, now that we have two trees underway, it is more important to
document changes committed to the php3 tree. Please add a line to the
ChangeLog every time you make a change. And stick your name next to it as
well so we know who to ask about it when we migrate those changes into the
new php4 tree.
