[PHP-DEV] cvs back up From: Rasmus Lerdorf (rasmus <email protected>)

inetd on cvs.php.net died on us. It wasn't a port filter. It is back up
now. Looks like I need to figure out how to get xinetd running on RH to
replace the piece of crap inetd currently running.
