It seems like it would be worth some effort to make the error messages a bit
more robust... i.e., for this error, add in a note saying "This error is
most likely because the function you're using is in a library that you
haven't included. Go edit php.ini, etc. etc."
:) My only complaint about PHP is that the error messages are more cryptic
than necessary. I would do something, but with PHP4 around the corner...
This is a bigger barrier to entry than most people think, and I'd love to
help to make the obvious errors more obvious.
