I've rolled 3.0.9, please download the tarball at
http://www.php.net/~jimw/php-3.0.9.tar.gz and give it a spin and
let us know what does (or doesn't) work.

Be gentle, it's been a long time since I've dealt with a release. :)

Oh, and if whoever has stopped up to do the Win32 binary releases
could roll that and make it available for testing, that would be
great.

If we don't find any showstoppers, I will announce this on Thursday.
