I'd like to get some changes committed into the source tree to enable PHP3 to
build for OS/2. Should I
a) Post one big patch?
b) Post a bunch of small patches, one per issue?
c) Try to get commit rights?
d) something else???
I tried (a) a while ago but no one seemed to notice.
