This morning, as a test, I used LXR engine to index PHP3 tree. If you don't
know what LXR is, it's a way to present cross-referenced source code trees on
the web. Mozilla, Gnome, Linux, and others all use it. I think we should
set it up at least for PHP4. cvsweb.cgi is nice, but it doesn't do
cross-referencing.
