Since there were a couple of fairly major problems with 3.0.10,
we're going to try to push out 3.0.11 this weekend. (The problems
were with the APXS build and the Win32 build on older Win95 machines.)

The changes since 3.0.10 are fairly minor, so we don't expect any
new problems, but please do take this out for a spin and let us
know if there are any problems at all.

(I'm planning to release this at 7pm GMT on Sunday, June 27 if there
are no problems.)
