[PHP-DEV] setup script From: Jim Winstead (jimw <email protected>)

Does someone want to take over fixing the ./setup script? If not,
I would suggest we simply get rid of it.

Something like http://cvs-mirror.mozilla.org/webtools/build/config.cgi
would be neat, especially as that one is generated from the configure.in
script. Anything that has to be maintained by hand like our current
setup script is just going to be left in the dust unless someone
actively maintains it.
