The trace I made was with version 3.0.11. I only compiled version 4 (first
release), I tested it, and concluded that it has got the same problem as
version 3.0.11 and above. Then went back to version 3.0.9

I can give you access to a system with PHP installed with the 'problem
pages'

The actual problem is that the child-process segfaults when it hits an
included page that uses MySQL instructions.

Give a yell when you need access to the box.
