[PHP-DEV] Adding new extention to php4 From: Uwe Steinmann (steinm <email protected>)

Hi,

could somebody please explain to me how to add a new directory
to the cvs tree.

I tried 'cvs add ext/<ext_name>
and 'cvs commit'
Than I added all files in there with 'cvs add ext/<ext_name>/<filename>'
and 'cvs commit'

cvs commit asked for description but than failed

steinm <email protected> [/src/php/php4] >>cvs commit

? tests/testdom
? ext/standard/sta13951
? ext/domxml/Makefile
? ext/ltxml
? sta17358
? domxml.tgz
? do-conf-apache
? do-conf-cgi
cvs server: failed to create lock directory in repository `/repository/php4/ext/domxml': No such file or directory
cvs server: lock failed - giving up
cvs [server aborted]: lock failed - giving up
steinm <email protected> [/src/php/php4] >>

Can somebody help?
