PHP Bug Type: Scripting Engine problem
Bug description: POST-Problem under NT
When using the POST-Method the server does nothing for quite a long time, then an "500 Internal Server Error" is return.
Using the GET-Method works very well!
I don't know why there is an instance of php.exe running when I use the ISAPI Module!
