heres the deal,
i started the module in php4.0...
then realized that i couldnt use php4.0 for statilibty reasons
(and i need mcal working yesterday), so i started backporting it
to php 3.0

as i backported it to php 3.0, I added more stuff and cleaned up stuff.

Yesterday i spent the day making the mcal stuff much much more php 4.0
friendly. today i'll work on porting this stuff forward to php 4.0.

(confused yet?? :^) )

mcal should work on both versions, just the 3.0 one has some more bells and whistles
right now
