to explain you, why this expression is useful for me, I'd have to tell you a
lot about the project I'm working on which is -- sorry -- not something I
intend to as I'm rather short of time.

Of course it's not really neccessary to have it in PHP (and neither is it
neccessary for me) but in an interpreted, polymorphic language such
constructs might work fine.

The evaluation of arrays in PHP is a bit strange anyway. Sometimes I got
unexpected behaviour which I could avoid by restating my prog a bit... That
doesn't make me feel good with a language I use so much...
