I'd like to get 3.0.13 out there. There are a lot of small fixes sitting
in CVS and I am getting tired of referring people to the cvs
version. Anybody working on something or see any outstanding issues that
would prevent a 3.0.13 test tarball tomorrow and a release on Tuesday or
Wednesday barring any problems?
