[PHP-DEV] PHP 4.0 Beta 3 From: Andi Gutmans (andi <email protected>)

Guys,

I think it's time to release beta 3 (as people noted, there's not too much
development going on lately, and the tree appears to be pretty stable). As
there have been plenty of build changes since Beta 2, I think it would be a
good idea if someone knowledgeable about them prepared the B3 package and
let us test it a bit. Volunteers?

Once the package is ready and tested a bit, we can announce it on the main
PHP mailing lists (I guess that can be this Friday).
