[PHP-DEV] Assigning bugs From: Joey (joey <email protected>)

Is it OK if I assign some bugs, where I feel pretty confident that I know
who they should go to? IE, Thies pretty much seems to be the Oracle guy,
Mark is the imap guy (quoting Rasmus there), Egon is docs, etc.

Don't want to tick anyone off, tho'...maybe only those of you who say you
trust my judgement, or something?
