Now that Stig has re-arranged the phpdoc/ tree to be
multilingual-friendly, I think we should kick up the documentation effort
a notch. In that respect I'd like to create a separate mailing list and
bring the various people who are interested in helping with the
translation closer to the action.
I'll get it set up later on today if nobody has a problem with the idea.
