PHP Bug Type: Dynamic loading related
Bug description: LDAP in Win32 Bin dist is linked to MSVCRTD.DLL
the LDAP module in the Win32 Bin dist is compiled with Debuging on. This causes it to be linked to MSVCRTD.DLL instead off MSVCRT.DLL which is standard. Please either distributed MSVCRTD.DLL or recompile to use MSVCRT.DLL
