inetinfo.exe
Exception access violation (0cx0000005), Address 0x77f05150

inetinfo.exe version is 4.02.0622
reproducible in both IIS and Site Server packaging

no modification to php.ini file was done
if php.ini is removed or renamed, www starts nornally with php filter down

php.exe seems to operate normally
