Should we have some of naming standard for extensions? I'm referring
both to the ext/ name and the name specified in zend_module_entry
structure.
Current sampling:
Regular Expressions
PHP_DL
File functions
browscap
Crypt
and so on. Sort of inconsistent. Any thoughts?
