[PHP-DEV] Zend CVS name changed From: zeev <email protected>
Date: 12/19/99

As promised, I changed the name of the Zend CVS today from 'libzend' to
'Zend'. You can check out over again, or alternately, rename libzend to
Zend, and edit CVS/Repository to change libzend to Zend there too.

UNIX build tested so far, I'll be checking the Win32 build soon.
