I wasn't suggesting that the install structure should be any different than
the PHP 4 source tree. I _was_ suggesting that the structure of the PHP 4
source tree change.

In any case, if this is not up for consideration, I'm with Rasmus - any
attempt to subset the header files in a way that is different than the
mainline build process is simply a maintenance nightmare.
