If a note has nothing to do with the manual (i.e., complaint, FAQ,
question, etc), then I usually write a (hopefully) polite email to the
author of the note when I delete it. If I can, I address the issue.
Some people also seem to think that the note system is a message forum
or something, so I usually direct them toward the mailing list where
they can hopefully get quicker answers.
