Impressive quick response Egon, Thanks!
For users starting out with the latest version, (i.e. not upgrading previous),
the ini file never exists to re-use.
It took me a while to find an ini file that I could use.

you can use the .ini-file from php-3.0.11-win32 . simply backup your 3.0.11-
files and put the files of the new php-3.0.13 over it. that should work.
