    Due to above.net blocking ORBS' open relay tester, all
    subnets owned by above.net were blackholed. The effect is
    that SMTP servers using ORBS will reject email from the PHP
    list server. So, if someone asks you why they get no emails
    from the PHP list server, you can forward them this email.
