It's definately in my PHP3 installation tar. Perhaps your Windows Explorer
is filtering out .inf files. Here is a copy of mine fresh out of the tar
file.

The file mentioned in the installation guide,
php_iis_reg.inf, is no where to be found in either the source or the binary.
Also I have no registry key for W3Svc. What am I missing?
